Information Requests
As part of
‘Ability Northants’, the Carers Forum have access to a wide variety of
Disability Information on a variety of subjects including Holidays,
Radar keys, free wheelchair loan service, Housing, Benefits, Second-hand
Equipment Register and lots more.
- As a Carers
Forum website user, you can have access to this information as ‘Ability
Northants’ have agreed as part of their support of the ‘Forum’ to take
responsibility to respond to your Information Requests submitted via the
contact page.

- Just type in
your query and the Information Officer will respond as soon as they are
able, usually within 48 hours. Alternatively you can call the
Information Office on 01604 624088. You may need to supply your name and
address for information to be posted, however all details are treated
with confidentiality.

- This countywide
service is free of charge, confidential and open to Carers, Disabled
People and Professionals.

- ‘Ability
Northants’ are a Legal Service Quality Marked organisation, providing
Information to a set criteria and of a high standard.

- This also means
that all information gathered is strictly kept within the guidelines of
the Data Protection Act 1995 and WILL NOT be disclosed to other
agencies without your permission.
